Telegram Trading Comes to Robinhood Chain

Zappin, a Telegram-based trading bot developed by the OnchainLens team, has gone live on Robinhood Chain, giving users a way to execute token swaps without leaving their Telegram app or opening a separate decentralized exchange interface.

How It Works

At its core, Zappin routes trades through Uniswap's automated market maker on Robinhood Chain. Users select tokens and execute swaps entirely within Telegram, removing the friction of navigating a standalone DEX. The OnchainLens team has also confirmed that Zappin carries no native token, a deliberate choice aimed at distancing the product from speculative launch dynamics common in the space.

To draw in early adopters, Zappin is returning 90% of trading fees to users in $ETH for its first 30 days. The standard fee structure runs at 1% to buy and 1% to sell, meaning the cashback promotion reduces the effective cost to around 0.1% during the promotional window.

The Robinhood Chain Backdrop

Zappin's arrival adds to a growing third-party ecosystem forming around Robinhood Chain. The network launched its public mainnet on July 1, 2026, built on the Arbitrum Orbit stack as an Ethereum Layer 2, with Uniswap and Chainlink among its day-one infrastructure partners. While Robinhood originally positioned the chain around tokenized real-world assets and stocks, broader DeFi and trading activity has followed quickly.

Telegram trading bots have become a meaningful corner of the onchain trading landscape, carving out a niche in retail-dominated markets by offering token sniping, multi-DEX support, and a familiar chat-based interface that avoids the complexity of conventional DeFi front ends. Zappin's launch fits squarely into that trend, now extending it to Robinhood Chain specifically.
